Aegnis integrates with third-party services like Google Workspace. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
06Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.
Google User Data
When you connect your Google account (Gmail, Calendar), we store:
- •OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens (encrypted)
- •Email content and metadata synced to our database
- •Calendar events and related information
Retention Period: We retain Google user data for the duration of your active account. If you disconnect your Google account, we will delete all associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
Deletion: You can request deletion of your Google user data at any time by:
- •Disconnecting your Google account in Settings
- •Contacting us at Email Us with a deletion request
- •Deleting your Aegnis account (which will delete all associated data)
Upon deletion, we will permanently remove all Google user data from our systems, including OAuth tokens, synced emails, calendar events, and any cached or processed data derived from your Google account.
General Account Data
Account information, usage data, and preferences are retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
